MORE ABOUT CROWSNEST MOUNTAIN CONDOMINIUMS
Our Story
The property was built in 1978 and converted into condominium units in 1994. The building has 38 units with a number of different floors plans ranging from studio/bachelor suites to one and two bedroom units. Condo fees cover heat, municipal water, sewer, garbage collection and ground maintenance. Although some units have their own washer and dryer, there is coin operated laundry in the building for those who don't. Each condo has assigned parking with an electrical plugin for the winter months.
If you are interested in purchasing one of the units, please check with one of the local relators to determine what is on the market. Looking to lease one of the condos, you might try one of the property management companies or one of the online tools such as Kijiji or the Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/HomerentalsCNP/
